St. Mark's Episcopal Preschool provides a warm and safe environment for the spiritual formation of children. The curriculum incorporates play-based learning, utilizing play as a teaching tool in all areas of learning. The Preschool focuses on all areas of child development-- social, cognitive, emotional, spiritual, and physical. Our proximity to Texas State University allows us to use Early Childhood interns as aides in the classroom, bringing our child to adult ratio to one adult per four children for most of the school year. The Preschool day is from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Monday- Thursday, from September through May. Tuition is $160 per month. Additional fees: $75. registration fee $30 annual materials fee.
